This a political poem that comes in the face of politicians.
We will restructure the economy
While zooming so in a flash
In flashy limos and guzzlers
Swearing to save from harm the ordinary man
Yet he suffers from the malady caused by your sycophants
Becoming extinct
Like locusts from stray bullets
Do we christen this friendly fire?
They came from those intended to defend us
I saw your security detail yesterday
When I tried to scratch my cranium as you passed
Whisked away in a microsecond
The next time I happen to be conscious
Am in a hospital crib
Is this the way you swore to defend us?
No jibe intended Mr. President
There is a repugnant malfunction someplace
Mandated to do your duty satisfactorily we recognize it leaking appallingly
